Bio

Ashley is often the first voice you’ll hear at Farias Family Law, offering a warm, compassionate welcome from your very first call. As both Receptionist and Legal Assistant, she ensures every client feels heard, supported, and informed throughout their time with the firm. Her empathy, professionalism, and commitment to client care help make even the most stressful times feel a little more manageable.

Ashley graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. She recently completed a legal fellowship in London, an experience that deepened her passion for family law and inspired her to pursue law school. Her long-term goal is to become an attorney who leads with both integrity and compassion, empowering families through even the most challenging transitions.

Before joining the firm, Ashley gained valuable experience in both public service and the private sector. She worked at the Massachusetts State House for the State Senate, where she developed a strong understanding of how government policy affects families and communities, and in the service industry, where she refined her exceptional communication skills and commitment to elite client service.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, spending time with family, and watching reality TV. A dedicated Clemson Tigers fan, she can always be found cheering on her team in the fall — and relaxing by the beach in the summer.
